In this episode of the Woman Worriers podcast, therapist Elizabeth Cush, of Progression Counseling in Annapolis, Md., interviews Tenisa Montgomery, a licensed mental health counselor in Maitland, Fla., who works with teens and young adults who have experienced trauma. She also has special insight into treating OCD, because she suffers from the disorder herself.
