Thanksgiving… Diwali… Christmas… Hanukkah… Kwanzaa… New Year’s… The holidays can fill some people with dread. Even if this is your favorite time of the year, the holiday season can be stressful. In this episode of the Woman Worriers podcast, host Elizabeth Cush, LCPC, a licensed professional therapist and founder of Progression Counseling in Annapolis, Md., talks about some of the reasons why you might experience more stress than usual during this season and offers some practices and tips that can help you handle stress, anxiety and depression and make your holidays a little happier.
