The Mid-Day Mindfulness Group is scheduled to begin on Wednesday 1/18/18. The group meets on Wednesdays for 8 weeks from 12:30-1:30pm. If you're considering joining us and haven't made the commitment you have only a few days left to sign up!

Reducing addictive behaviors, such as binge eating, and drug and alcohol abuse
Lowering the rate of pregnancy complications
